Submit Your Photo/Video of the Fallen

If you live in Syria or in the diaspora and have a photo or video of a loved one who has died in the current conflict in Syria, please upload a photo or post the video embed code of the clip showing the person, and add the following text information in English or Arabic in the CAPTION field:

Full Name:
Age at Death:
Date of Death:
Location of Death:
Any additional remembrance information:

If you are concerned about your personal safety, you may e-mail the same text information, along with photo or video embed code to syriafacesofthefallen@gmail.com. Submitting your information via e-mail is safest from a browser-based e-mail (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) when the connection is secure (be sure “https” is in the URL). You may also use the same e-mail to contact us if you have technical problems.

We accept photos/videos of Syria conflict victims no matter which side they represent. However, we will post the photo/video only if we are able to cross-reference the name of the deceased against at least one of currently existing lists of the fallen compiled by organizations tracking the conflict.
